Terms of Returns
  • We offer three days return policy. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange if three days have gone by since you got the item.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it. It must also be in the original packaging; if not, the customer has to bear the cost.

  • The shipping costs for returns belonged to the customer and were Rs. 90 per order.

  • The client is responsible for paying the Rs 135 shipping fee if they wish to exchange their current product for another one or the same product in a different variant or size.

  • Several kinds of goods are exempt from being returned. Personalized goods were created especially for you in accordance with your requirements, just like customised goods, so they are not subject to refunds. Let’s say you got a faulty item. We can provide an exchange for it. 

Terms of Refund
  • The damaged/Missing product shall not be refunded. We can give you something in exchange. (if applicable)

  • Damaged/Missing items must be reported/emailed within 48 hours of receipt with photos attached to your return request. We won’t provide replacements if the issue is not reported within 48 hours. We are not liable for normal wear and tear to purchased goods, and we won’t exchange them for new ones after 48 hours have passed since delivery.

  • Refunds for Returns: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We will let you know whether your return was accepted or rejected after it has been received (which typically takes 5-7 working days) and inspected (which could take 2-3 business days). If authorized, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. In case of cash on delivery order, we will contact you for your refund details. The whole process requires 10-12 business days.
Terms of Exchange
  • Please submit an exchange request with a photo of the defective items and the packing slip within 48 hours of receiving your purchase if you haven’t already received an incorrect item.
  • The amount of time it may take for your exchanged item to arrive to you will depend on where you reside.
How To Register A Return/exchange Request? (If Applicable)
  • Please contact our customer service department at +91 95011-67075 or zlhain75@gmail.com and urge them to start the return/exchange request.
  • It will be gathered up within 48 hours of them initiating it.
  • You must send the item to us if the reverse order (pick-up service) is not accessible in your pin code. You’ll get the information from us.
  • Please make sure the items being sent back are packaged carefully and securely to prevent loss or damage while in transit.
  • Once we receive your return, the quality will be examined. This is provided that your return complies with the demands of being new and delivered within three days.
  • For PREPAID ORDER, a refund will be processed using the same payment option that you used to make the original purchase. For COD ORDER, you will be required to provide your UPI I’d.
  • Please give the return procedure 12 to 15 business days to complete.
  • If you need to replace a product after it has been picked up, you must get in touch with us at +91 95011-67075 or zlhain75@gmail.com. We will send out the exchange the same day.
  • If our seal is broken or the package is opened when the order is delivered, we advise you not to accept it because the return of such orders will not be accepted.
